Welcome to the Online Appointment System of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco. Starting 01 December 2024, you can start booking appointments for January 2025 and onwards.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Accurate Information: Please enter your information truthfully and accurately in the appointment system, and please use a working email address and mobile number.
- Individual Bookings: Each individual must book a separate appointment. Duplicate or spam bookings will be canceled, and users who misuse the system may be restricted.
- Check Requirements: Visit our website to view the requirements for each consular service, and ensure you bring all necessary documents and photocopies on your appointment day.
- Document Evaluation: All applications are subject to review, and the Consulate may request additional documentation if needed, or reject incomplete applications.
- No Appointment Fees: Booking an appointment with the Consulate is free and non-transferable. The Consulate has not authorized any person or organization, except for its honorary consulates, to receive applications, provide consular services, or book appointments on behalf of others.
